We produce a wide range of flours for professionals in confectionery, bread making, pasta and pizza, with many types of flour intended for different processes.
We have always used a very slow grinding method, linked to the ancient milling art. This allows us to obtain high quality flours without damaging the starches, the organoleptic properties and above all the authenticity of the taste.
