‘Zinurra’ is the dialect name of wild artichokes from Locride, Calabria, Italy
The company deals with the cultivation and conservation of typical Calabrian products. We take care of the whole chain, from cultivation to conservation and packaging.
We have therefore created a modern farm in the heart of Locride, between Benestare and Ardore, in the province of Reggio Calabria, where we grow artichokes in our protected land and transform them directly into our laboratory, so these fruits of the earth are processed within 24 hours from harvest, keeping the flavor unaltered and full.
Excellent raw materials of protected origin are used for the processing and conservation of artichokes, such as extra virgin olive oil, Bronte pistachio, lemons and bergamot of Calabria.
