Established in 1985, Dawn Farms is a family-owned company and the largest dedicated supplier of cooked meat ingredients and fermented and dried sausage products outside of the US. The company currently supplies world-leading food brands across more than 44 markets, including the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Dawn Farms offers a full-service solution to B2B customers in the pizza, sandwich, snack and prepared meal sectors. All products are produced in state-of-the-art facilities, which include two production sites in Ireland, both of which are certified halal and have been awarded BRC AA status. Our facility in Northampton is the largest cooked bacon facility in the U.K. Located at a state-of-the-art production facility in the town of Nonnweiler-Otzenhausen in Saarland, Germany, Haas produces a range of cooked, cured meats including beef, pork, ham and dried sausage products – salami and pepperoni – primarily for the Pizza Sector. Dawn Farms is a founding member of Bord Bia’s Origin Green sustainability programme and has achieved ISO 50001 Accreditation, is BRC Grade AA and Sedex approved.
